Salon & Spa Policies

In order to better serve you, Pretty Foo Foo Salon and Spa has developed some service policies to ensure that we provide a relaxing and professional atmosphere. 

 

APPOINTMENT HOld Procedure

A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE APPOINTMENTS LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES.

 

ARRIVALS

CHECK-IN WITH THE FRONT DESK AT LEAST 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

OUR SCHEDULING IS DESIGNED TO PERMIT THE CORRECT TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR SERVICE.  A LATE ARRIVAL WILL DEPRIVE YOU OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME.  IN FAIRNESS TO OTHERS, YOUR TREATMENT MUST END ON TIME.

 

Children Policy

We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to safety considerations, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service must be attended by an adult (who is not receiving services) at all times.

 

CLIENT SATISFACTION

IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES AT ANY TIME, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE MAY CORRECT IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM OF YOUR SERVICE. ANY PERIOD OVER 2 WEEKS WILL EXCEED OUR CORRECTION TIME AND THEREFORE WE CANNOT ATTEND TO YOUR NEEDS.

 

PAYMENTS AND GRATUITY

WE ACCEPT ALL CREDIT AND DEBIT PAYMENTS SUCH AS MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS. THE AVERAGE GRATUITY OF THE INDUSTRY IS 15%-20% OF THE SERVICE AND IS ALWAYS A MATTER OF CHOICE.

 

Pet Policy

Due to safety consideration, no pets are allowed, service dogs welcome with prior notice.

 

PRICING

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO LENGTH & DENSITY OF HAIR.

 

Refund Policy

We do not give refunds. All services are final. However, we do have a client satisfaction policy.

 

Return Policy

Products cannot be returned due to safety concerns.

 

Salon Service CANCELLATION FEE

ANY 2-HOUR APPOINTMENTS OR MORE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS OF APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO $25 CANCELLATION FEE. 

 

Spa Service CANCELLATION fee

 YOUR APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.  SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY US 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.  IF NO NOTICE IS GIVEN, THE FULL COST OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.  ALL SERVICES SCHEDULED, THEN CANCELLED ON THE SAME DAY OF APPOINTMENT OR MISSED WITHOUT NOTICE, THE FULL TREATMENT PRICE WILL BE CHARGED.
